Partlow Geological designs, assesses, and executes exploration programs to determine the critical characteristics. Evaluations have been completed in various geological environments, and in different areas of the eastern US. Our experience allows for effective sampling programs, coordination of laboratory testing, calculation of grade, and resource modeling. Through our industry knowledge and credentials, we are qualified to carry out market evaluation, and provide feasibility assessments. We produce and review geological models and production estimates for all types of mineral resources.

Mineral Property Appraisal

The appraisal of mineral resources can be a complicated process with several variables. It must be approached with a well-rounded understanding of the resource characteristics, operational factors, infrastructure, market conditions, and property rights. Our valuation process involves deriving future net income from predictive sales, and then discounting that by the appropriate risk and financial considerations. Our practices abide by the USPAP and the SME Valuation Standards. We take all appropriate measures to calculate values with the upmost detail and accuracy in order to obtain fair market value.

Environmental Consulting

Partlow Geological provides a range of environmental consulting and services. We will do Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments. Composition of technical reports, identifying operational processes, and analyses of results are in conformance with ASTM Standard Practice E1527-21. If a site is contaminated, we have the expertise to design and execute the appropriate monitoring and remediation solutions. We also offer environmental compliance and permitting services to various industries.

Litigation Support

Partlow Geological provides litigation support on matters pertaining to mineral resources, hydrology, mining, and environmental issues. We have served on behalf of private law firms, as well as federal agencies. We have the resources to efficiently assimilate relevant information, publications, and data for the matter at hand. We create useful and detailed models of site characteristics, and we formulate technical reports containing professional opinions and conclusions.
